Just like that — it’s senior session season again. This time, it’s for the class of 2021.

School is looking a little different for everyone this year as our country is looking for a way to ease students back into the classrooms. Some are studying completely from home. Some are doing a hybrid structure. And others are back in the classrooms full time.

There’s no right answer as our communities are trying to balance what is best for their families. In an effort to feel some sense of normalcy, I am offering social distancing senior sessions. First up, we have beautiful Niyah.

One nice thing about downtown Grand Rapids right now is the social zones that are implemented throughout the center city. This means, our city has closed off certain parts of the road to add additional outdoor seating to assist with restaurants capacity issues. This provided a lovely backdrop for photography.

Another cool fall outdoor location for photos is Ed Dunneback & Girl Farms. They have a 4-acre sunflower field as well as an apple orchard, corn maze, petting zoo and more. After the sunflower field, we decided to head to Grand Haven to do some photos on the beach.
