Bella had her heart set on taking photos with an emerald green wall. The color really stood out to her because she is having a son and did not gravitate towards the color blue for him.

Of course, when she asked me if I knew of any green walls, I couldn’t recall of any off the top of my head. Thankfully, Bella being pregnant noticed everything green a few weeks before her session. We planned her entire session around this green wall downtown Grand Rapids.

We originally planned on doing a session inside one of the escape rooms that had green as their accent colors too however their space was currently being utilized. They were gracious enough to get us let us take photos in their lobby and another themed room.

We had a blast getting some creative shots for her maternity session that was not stereotypical of what you would see on Pinterest.
